REC is a non-partisan, non-advocacy, not-for-profit organization. REC helps solve environmental problems in Central and Eastern Europe. It encourages cooperation among non-governmental organizations, governments, businesses and other environmental stakeholders by supporting the free exchange of information and by promoting public participation in decision-making.
